Themes

I coach both individual employees, managers and teams. Here are some recent examples of coaching:
  • Career decision making process for a managing director
  • Improving knowledge management and information sharing within the management team
  • Improving cooperation between academic staff and policy makers
  • Development of a team strategy for a newly integrated entity in a multinational
  • Coaching a projectleader in the implementation of a new IM strategy

Approach

A coaching program typically consists of a series of interventions. The objectives and approach of a coaching program are always recorded in a "coaching contract" based on a comprehensive intake. Depending on the progress of the coaching process, the approach and the number of sessions may be adjusted. The aim is to provide the individual and/or team with the necessary competencies to start acting indpendently as soon as possible.
