A coaching program typically consists of a series of interventions. The objectives and approach of a coaching program are always recorded in a "coaching contract" based on a comprehensive intake. Depending on the progress of the coaching process, the approach and the number of sessions may be adjusted. The aim is to provide the individual and/or team with the necessary competencies to start acting indpendently as soon as possible.
