Leadership Transitions: The first 100 days

The first blow is half the battle. The first 100 days in a new job are critical to the success of the manager.

Through intensive counseling, in group sessions and / or individually, together with the newly appointed leader, we develop a practical and pragmatic plan of action for the first 100 days in the new position.
